I’ve lived in Westhampton for most of my life. I attended the local schools and then went on to earn two bachelor degrees from Westfield State University. I double majored in Regional/Environmental planning as well as Psychology. My education and experience in these fields give me an edge in real estate as they coincide with many issues involved in land use, environmental concerns and the art of negotiations. There are many challenges involved in real estate transactions and with my almost 25 years of experience, I am able to be a guide and a mentor for my clients to help them through the most important financial decisions of their lives. I became a licensed real estate sales person in 2000, working at “The Real Estate Connection” which was a small mom and pop company in Northampton. I earned my Real Estate Brokers license in 2007 and moved over to Coldwell Banker because I had outgrown the small office atmosphere and I needed to be able to offer my clients the best exposure and marketing in the industry.
I am a top producer in my company and have received numerous awards for my production with Coldwell Banker, the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley. In 2013, was inducted into the Diamond Society for Coldwell Banker, a distinction for Top Level producers. I have earned the NAR’s ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative), GREEN designation and I am a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury specialist. In addition to these official designations, I am known locally as th waterfront specialist, selling a majority of the waterfront and vacation homes in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts.
